In order to use the site you must:

• be a resident of the London Borough of Sutton and meet the requirements of the fair usage policy for cars or vans and large vehicles
• only arrive for your allocated time slot, admittance outside this time will not be permitted
• only bring items as listed on our what is accepted at the HRRC page
• if you require assistance to dispose of your waste, please let the gate person know on arrival at the site

You must not bring the following items to the site:

• hazardous waste (e.g. asbestos, chemicals, oil based paints or varnishes)
• business, commercial or trade waste

Large and heavy vehicles cannot use the site. These include, but are not limited to:

• vehicles over 3.5 tonnes max gross weight
• vehicles over 5 metres in length
• luton style box vehicles (including any high sided vehicles)
• vehicles with more than 4 wheels
• tipper trucks or false sided vehicles
• vehicle and trailer over 5 metres combined
